Liz Sitta

After graduating from the LeadershipLATINO program, Liz worked with State Representative Thompson during the 2020 election to secure a win as his Campaign Manager. Afterwards, she  served as Chief Administrator for Brazoria County Commissioner Stacy Adams where she was able to educate, engage, and empower the Latino community in local government.

In 2021 she became a Precinct Chair for the Brazoria County Republican Party. She also serves as the Chair of the Brazoria County Child Welfare Board, a position that allows her to bridge the gap between the State, County and Community through involvement with the Child Protective Services. 

She was the 2022 recipient of the Alvin-Manvel Chamber of Commerce’s Volunteer of the Year award. She was also honored  by the Texas Federation of Republican Women at their Tribute to Women biannual event for her work with the West Pearland Republican Women’s Club, where she serves as 1st Vice President.

She continues to advise candidates in her free time, mentor the upcoming leaders of her community and instill values in her own children for their future.
