He has testified in front of Congress on immigration, rung the opening bell at NASDAQ, and attended the White House - all thanks to God. Most importantly, Hilario always aims to speak from the heart, from his values, and frpm a place of gratitude.
Joel Castro is a fearless conservative fighting for the taxpayers everyday. He was raised in Alvin, Texas and graduated from Alvin High School in 2017. Just 7 months later, Joel was asked to run for city council. After defeating two opponents and winning a runoff, Joel was elected to serve on Alvin City Council at large. Joel became the youngest elected official in Texas. Joel was up for Re-election in May 2019 and once again made history by winning with the largest percentage (87%) in the past 30 years of the City.
